I repainted my nails twice because I thought my new nail polish was bubbling. Then I realized, OPI “Pop Art”, lol. Now that I understand the concept, I’m not too sure how I feel about the polish itself. It’s textured to the touch. Yellow is “Hate to Burst Your Bubble” and blue is “Bumpy Road Ahead”.
