Rant Post: Nerf the motherfucking Collector, please.

I can't stand it. I'm going crazy. This shrieking, giggling idiot is the true problem with the patch, not Uumuu, not AR, not the lack of checkpoints, all that is small potatoes compared to the utterly random, unfair freakin brick wall this dumbass poses. Let's count all the ways Uumuu whiners can cry me a river;

Minions take 3 nailstrikes when full bound. Nail arts one shot them, but you're only going to nail one enemy per round. One strike and a spell will also do it, BUT-

Primal Aspids sometimes already attack the very second they spawn, and sometimes they don't. Even if you ambush them nearly perfectly with a dash slash, there's still a chance you get hit anyway.

Sometimes The Collector hangs around to give you time to deal with each wave. Sometimes he hops once and immediately drops a random number of jars down to compound your problems. Sometimes the jars fall randomly, sometimes they drop on your head. There's no pattern. Is it gonna be one, two, or three? Is it gonna deny you healing or not? Are you going to be stuck in a room full of 4 primal aspids or are those jars just going to contain soul-delivery baldurs? You never know! At least when AR fucks you, the problem's over as soon as it started. When Collector fucks you, you STILL keep getting hit because there's 5 fucking enemies bouncing around the room you have to deal with. Nothing is ever safe. Nothing at all. You gamble one what jar has the aspid, you gamble if it's safe to focus when he jumps up like it is 70% of the time, you gamble on when and if he's gonna try to jump on you, you guess, you hope, you pray, you die and have to do the whole first half of the rush ALL OVER AGAAAIN.

I hate it. I don't get how this was deemed a good idea by anyone. This far into the rush I've been playing for an hour, just to play the shrieking, obnoxious luck-garbage slot machine. He has too much health for the fact that he's hiding behind an army of extremely rapidly regenrating bodyguards, his stupid lunge grab attack would make Melee Marth jealous with that hitbox, primal aspids being part of a battle where you cannot safely clear them is a cruel joke that stopped being funny 4 attempts ago, and I swear I'd be having no problem with this if nail arts and ShadeClock recharged just 0.2 seconds faster. I'm done. I don't think this boss is fair in even the slightest bit, I can't even practice it in HoG because I can't bind my nail, and I just know I'm going to murder someone if on the miracle run I win this I die to Pure Vessel or something. Not that it matters even if I could. I'll only ever pass Collector if the game decides to LET me.
