Hi Nashville,
Maybe someone can give me a hand here. I was married in Nashville last year (I know, everyone was; it was in part because my family's from Lebanon, and in part because it was nearer to other family members than our other options). One of my wife's favorite drinks while we were in town was the bourbon slush at the Farm House, the day we got our license. I would love to make it for her for our anniversary.
I've contacted the restaurant, and they forwarded my request to the kitchen, but no one got back to me with a recipe. No problem. It happens.
Before you point it out: I know what a bourbon slush usually is. This wasn't the usual orange juice concentrate/lemonade concentrate mix. The menu description was "bourbon, citrus, pineapple, Sprite." Maybe it's as simple as subbing pineapple juice for one of the concentrates, or maybe it's all fresh juices, but it can't hurt to ask in case someone knows for sure. I know this isn't high art here, I just want to nail that flavor if I can, and remind her of the day.
Thanks!
