Nazarick forces are unfathomably powerful (from a human perspective).

Brain Unglaus: first encounter, can't even scratch a nail. Realizes his cosmic insignificance. Runs away broken.

Second encounter: with his newfound powers of self confidence and friendships, he actually breaks Shalltear's nail.
Wow. I mean shit, if I faced off against fucking Cthullhu and all I had was a stick, then I actually managed to cut off a face tentacle and escaped/survived, I'd be pretty fucking proud too.
With that in mind, does that mean Brain actually "leveled up" beyond his limit?
