Matched with gorgeous girl and then

Two weeks ago, I have matched on OLD with absolutely gorgeous girl in her mid 30s.

To my surprise, in few days we matched and right away, from initial messages, we had very nice conversation. The day we matched, company I was working for, had major software deployment(I am software engineer), and I was on my feet from 6 in the morning, till 3 in the morning of the next day and her messages that day. Her messages made me very happy.She is very intelligent, knows art very well (I am into art), works with kids, very open, kind, writes to me daily very long sincere messages that I enjoy reading. Just by the messages I get from her, I can say that she is my type of person. First time, in a long time, I though that I got a right person.

Problem is, she admitted having bi-polar and on meds, on top of that she can't sleep (people with bi-polar often suffer from insomnia) and takes meds for that as well. She admitted to me that she has not dated anyone for long time, because of her condition and how people treated her (+ "wonderful" behavior of people on OLD), and very cautious. We have scheduled a date for last week, she had to cancel due to health issues. We rescheduled for this week and had to be canceled, because she collapsed in the middle of the street due to heat exhaustion and had to be hospitalized. From what I understand, she is going through the depressive phase.

I feel super bummed out. Her condition just put a nail in the coffin of what I though would be a start of great relationship. It been 2 weeks, we still exchange very long messages every day and conversations are very interesting, there is no lack of things to talk about. Just yesterday, we discussed ancient Egyptian art. I feel like, nothing will ever work-out between us due to her condition, but I would be very interested in becoming good friends with her (not interested in FWB). Life sucks a bit.
