I'm at 106% I can't for the life of me figure out what I'm missing. Help please!

Here is a run down of everything I can think of that I have done.

All Mask pieces

All Soul vessels

All Notches

All charms + blessing

All 3 endings

2400 essence

All grubs (obviously if all charms I know but still..)

I believe all bosses including dream fights and NKG

EDIT: Things I missed that I have also done.

All nail upgrades

All nail arts

All spells

All colosseum trials

Haven't completed the hunters journal but I saw in my search that it doesn't count towards the completion %.

Any insights into what you were missing as the last % may give me what I need to complete this incredible game.
