How the quirk was obtained:

In kindergarten, Ouryoku wanted to help push the class bookshelf. Being among the first to reach the bookshelf she pushed it and immediately started bleeding from her eyes and nose because it was more than twice her weight. Her teachers, classmates, and herself immediately panicked and had her sent to the doctor with her mom. She is no longer allowed to do heavy work.
