Greetings adventurers!
We are here with another dev update video for our 4 player online RPG Redemption's Guild.
Over the past few weeks we have been working on the multiplayer side of things. Since we revisited and tweaked a majority of the code over the last year we have to spend a bit of time making sure everything works properly over the network. I'm glad to say we have spells syncing properly again so now we are focusing on redoing the AI multiplayer syncing: i.e. health crystals, animations, etc.
Over the past 2 years we have redone many aspects of the game and attempted to nail down a specific art style that fit together. It wasn't until we brought on our 3D Environment Artist Pete, that we found a style we liked. We have redone our environments, enemy models, and player equipment to match our new style.
