Gadgets/Tech/Weapons:Goggle Glasses-Allow Julian to see where he is underground as well as correct his farsightedness when above ground. They also come with a device that can track bodily heat underground, allowing Julian to know where someone is while being underground. Depth Meter-A personalized depth meter that's ingrained in the chest area of Julian's costume. It beeps and flashes red when Julian is reaching his limit on how deep he can go. This is done by altering his arm muscles, joints, and bones so that it possible to spin them at high speeds. Julian easily use his drill arms for a variety of offensive and defensive tactics Miscellaneous Quirk Info:Julian took 20 minutes to come up with a name for his quirk. Quirk Strengths:Versatility and Power are the quirk's two main strengths. Quirk Weaknesses:The maximum depth Julian can dig is 0.2 meters. Julian can only maintain his drill arms for 30 minutes( without breaks) before experiencing intense muscle cramps and pain in his arms. However, Julian can improve the amount of time he can maintain his drill arms by training and practicing. While this quirk is powerful and versatile, Julian is significantly slowed down while on land due to the added weight gained by using the quirk.
Special Moves:
Drill Slam!-Julian drills into the ground and then erupts from under the target's feet. He then does an overhead slam above the oppenent, sending themcareening down into ground.
Drill Rush!-Julian starts the combo by doing a leg sweep, and then follows up by doing a one-two punch using his drill arms, doing hefty damage the target. Personal Strengths:Julian has an optimistic outlook on life, and will always have a smile on his face no matter how grave the situation may be. He isn't very strong in his base form, but when using his quirk, can lift upto 215lbs
personal Weaknesses:Julian, despite his cheery demeanor, is constantly worried, about his allies and will go to great lengths to protect them if he thinks they need some. If a person Julian knew well dies, then he'll enter a state of deep depression.

Likes:He likes eating, (specifically eating meat, spinach, ramen, and basically anything he finds delicious) playing video-games, hanging out with friends, and making pop culture references. Dislikes: Julian despises cheating and the use of foul play to gain an advantage, and hates people that willingly do so even more. He also dislikes fruits, with a burning passion. Julian hates liars with a burning passion due to having friends that constantly lied and manipulated him during his youth.
Habits:Julian frequently speaks at a fast rate, making it sometimes difficult to understand what he's saying. He also studders when flustered or panicking. Fears:Losing family, his friends, and failing to be a hero. Reason for becoming a Hero/Villain: Because if he can become a hero, then can prevent the loss of many innocent lives. Julian also wants to train his quirk, and hopefully improve it so that when that day comes, he's ready.

After Julian discovered his quirk, his family moved to where they are today in the hope that Julian could be taught how to use his quirk for good and become a hero. At age 10, Julian witnessed a car crash occur as he and parents were walking to school.The man in that car crash, about to die, crawled up to Julian’s family, and then died right in front of Julian. This event would haunt Julian through his life, and acted as a motivator for Julian to become a hero. After all, if he was stronger, and if he had better control over his quirk, then he would’ve been able to save that man. His parents, despite one of them not having a quirk, encouraged Julian to go to U.A and become a hero. After some time of thinking and reflection, Julian decided that he would become a hero, so he can prevent the loss of countless innocent lives.
