Ippei-S: Hey with the one optional E-Rating someone threw out, he reached the lowest of the S-Ratings! That's something. Ippei's very unique style carried his way to S-Ranking while the criticisms were either some of the art wasn't all that great or didn't click with the voter.
Takagi-B: Close to dropping to C, Takagi reached a Low-B rating. Takagi was praised for the large wash of color in their art while Clair's design received a large amount of criticism, mostly for the hair.
Shioemon-C: Landing at a high C-Rating. Shioemon recieved only B/C/D Ratings for last round, with one A/B exception. Most complaints went towards Tailtu's strange looking face while praise was towards some of the damaged effects and clothing of Tailtu.
Suda Ayaka-A: Reaching a pretty firm A-Rating, Suda was praised for the well mesh of color and expressions while some of the criticism came in mostly towards one part or the other with Naesala.

Fantastic Art! S - This rating is reserved for the best of the best artists! These artists really nail a character's design well, even blending in well with the character's personality!

Great Art! A - This Rating is reserved for artists who's art is great for the most part. There might be a bit of quality left out compared to those in S-Rank, but the art still gives a "Wow!" factor.
Artists in this tier: BUNBUN, Asatani, Cuboon, Akira, Fuzichoco, HACCAN, Haimura, Hidari, Homazo, Ito Misei, Kozaki, Maiponpon, Mayo, Meka, nabe, Haru, Okuma, PenekoR, sachie, Shimomura, Suda Ayaka.
Good Art! B - These Artists give art pleasing to the eye, but might have art that might seem a bit off for the character in question once or twice.
Artists in this tier: AKIRA, Amagaitaro, Aoji, Argon, Arai, Chiko, Enkyo, Foo, Fujisaka, HAKO, Hino, Itagaki Hako, Ito Nozi, kawasumi, Kippu, Konfuzi, Kiyu, Kousei, Maeshima, Mendako, Mikuro, Sasashima, Sata, Sencha, Takagi Masafumi.
A-OK! C - These Artist provide well done art, but it might come off as a bit too much in line, not being anything too unique to the table.

Below Average! D - Not to say the art is bad by any case, but it could be giving the characters not the looks they deserve or the art isn't a popular style

Underwhelming! E - Artists who's art either put the character in a much different negative light or lack the large amounts of details put in the art in different tiers.
