Nail art is my one of my hobbies/passions, and I was wondering if advertising my willingness to do it for others on a neighborhood facebook group would cause trouble. I know nail tech certifications can be kind of strict. I would not be doing any kind of work to the physical nail or surrounding skin itself, just simply painting on top of the nail bed (I live in Pennsylvania)
