What do you call a friend who does this?

I wanted to know if there's a word that exists to describe what this person does.

I find it annoying. So let's say this person and I are having a conversation (let's call her Sarah), and I start to talk about a nail salon I went to that is literally the best (not joking). I told her that the pedicures are only $16 and the art they can do on gel manicures is amazing for the cheap prices. Sarah will either just respond with one word like "mm" or "oh", give a nod, or just not respond at all as if she's trying to tune me out. So whenever she does this, it makes me feel like im being a show off/boasting, which isn't even my intention. She's making me feel as if she's judging me tbh.

Another scenario: We are with a group of friends. Sarah starts talking about a new dessert place that opened up. I get excited about it because I've actually tried it before and so I tell her that she should go one day. (As im telling her this my anxiety kicks in because I've been in so many situations like this that I already know what's coming.) Again, she will either ignore me or just give a "mm". No further questions, no further comments, and the conversation will end there. She will change the subject and go to a new topic. When she does this, i get the impression that she is trying to divert the attention away from me.

I'm not even trying to get attention. I am not showing off, but that is how she is making me feel.

Because of all this, I get anxious about sharing recommendations, whether it's food or products, because she gives the impression that she doesn't care about what I have to say. Also, I am a very observant person and can usually read body language very well when I am having conversations with people.

I guess this became more of a rant lol but i would like to know your thoughts, and if you've had similar experiences? How would you describe this person??
