Trying this again: solving mysteries of starters third evolution (with bonus)

This is mostly me theorizing things, but hear me out.

Part 1: The starters' evolution

Let's start with Grookey. We all agreed that the base of the name was Groove + Monkey, and it's a simian that loves to follow the beat-but we haven't explored something: that small twig atop it's head. It's the same twig it used to beat the rock with, but with how it placed it atop its head, don't you think that looks like what prehistoric man are portrayed in cartoons? Then from that, we can try to guess how the first evolution would look: humanoid, probably standing slightly hunched but not like a gorilla. It would probably held a wooden club that doubles as instrument, the typing still stands as pure grass. Third evolution would be where it got a little mixed up: I'm imaging something that looks like a cross between a 80's hippie and a bigfoot/sasquatchyes, they're commonly sighted in UK that's equipped with a hollowed log it uses like pipe drum. On the moves side, it'll probably learn Wood Hammer and a signature move named something like Drum Beat, a Fighting/Grass double type move that mirrors it's own type.

For Scorbunny, my opinion divides into two: the Electric/Fire typing and Fire/Steel typing, both are quite possible given how it was introduced in the trailer. Notice the strange stepping sound it made when running up the wheel? Normal flesh against steel won't produce that clanging sound (or sparks). When we see the full body art of Scorbunny, you can see that on it's soles there's another two of those rectangular 'band-aid' like the one atop it's nose. If those was metal plates, like the contact terminal for batteries, then the clanging sound makes sense. But that's going to be it for the first evolution, since we know Scorbunny is still going to be a single type Fire.

The second evolution...still fire mono type. Hey, don't blame me. It's how it was since forever: second evo won't get any dual type yet.

The third evolution is where this goes wild. Will it go Fire/Steel, becoming a speedster that's tough as nails like in American Football, or will it be Electric/Fire and be the Sprinter Energizer Bunny everybody wanted? Well, based on how the feet ignites the grass...I'd say Fire/Steel. It'll probably learn a Fire/Steel dual type move that burns the opponent, called Branding Kick or something alike, just like Blaziken's Blaze Kick with added typing.

Sobble...now this is interesting. Many people in this sub are separated into Water/Ghost, Water/Dark, Water/Poison, Water/Dragon or Water/Fairy.

But I choose Water/Ghost. Why?
Because the naming. Sobble has the root word of 'Sob' and 'Bubble'. So if we take the 'Sob' and search for similar words that's higher in intensity, we got 'Cry' and 'Wail'. Sobbing > Crying > Wailing. BUT! 'Wail' has been used in Wailord! Let's look for the synonym of wailing...it's Shrieking.

You know what's commonly known to wail, shriek and keen while crying in England? Banshees/Bean-sidhes. That's right, for two successive titles we'll got a water type waifumon whose power based on sound. It'll probably learn Perish Song just to consolidate the theme, as well as Water/Ghost dual type attack called Drowning Song or something.
