Don't think so IMO. It wasn't one of the high action episodes, but it did have some great dialogue scenes.
Cold Open - The story of Los Pollos Hermanos (and production of blue meth), put to music, ending with the silhouette of Gus.
Jesse - Does math correctly, adding up to $96 Million Dollars.
Saul - Explains the art of money laundering to Jesse at the nail salon ("So you want me to buy this place...so I can pay taxes...I'm a criminal, yo.").
Walt - Accurately lays out the happenings behind "One Minute" to Gus.
Badger & Pete - Make there appearance at the rehab center to hook members on blue meth...though they're the one's who eventually get hooked on the rehab (still in the 12 step program?).
Skyler - Tells Marie the story of Walt's gambling and offers to pay Hank's bills. Cranston is great in this scene - totally captivated by the story - impressed at how well Skyler can now lie.
Not a highly discussed episode, but another solid one - not at all Kafquaesque.
